I think people will have these discussions in the awareness that they are off-topic, but as long as no-one says anything people will try to get away with it! But if there are protests then people will drop the topic. I guess 313 has always had a bit of a tendency to do this sort of thing though - it moves in cycles really.
And no, I don't want to end up creating a meta-thread here :) Brendan | -----Original Message----- | From: henrique casanova [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] | Sent: 06 December 2002 14:04 | To: 313@hyperreal.org | Subject: Re: (313) headphones for monitoring? | | | seems like 313 has become a gear list latly. i think that | off-topic mails | (including this one) are 85% of the discussion this last weeks.. : ] | | ----- Original Message ----- | From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | To: <313@hyperreal.org> | Sent: Friday, December 06, 2002 11:48 AM | Subject: (313) headphones for monitoring? | | | > On Fri, 06 Dec 2002, Simon M Pascoe wrote: | > | > >does anyone have any recommendations for quality | > headphones for monitoring (ie; not DJ headphones) | > please ? | > > sImon Pascoe | > | > ***Simon: Sony's MDR-V600 are good headphones, and | > thus good for any type of listening.
