Pacific got loads of play in Detroit. Cubik got some play, but died quickly. Most people know 808 State because of Pacific, that's why they're reduced to just that track.
Personally, I like Ex:El more than any other album of theirs. If they had only released instrumental versions of the tracks with the bad crooning on it...
