Would be interested to know about what is the best encoder etc... I had heard 
differently about Lame ??? and regarding Warp, they have a number of very old 
EPs for EUR2.69 - guess I'll finally be able to get those elusive early EPs...

Yep, I'm going to check a few out - LAME is a pretty poor encoder, there's a
reason it's free! And just say no to VBR...
