Yeah, as I mentioned to Alex off list, a PCMCIA card is essential - everyone
I know uses Echo Indigo's really fast and totally silent.  Pretty much the
same sound quality as a desktop soundcard, which is pretty impressive for a
pcm card that's only £100 :-)
