people dont know what they want to hear if no one is playing it!
plus SF has their own little overproduced sound to jam in there
with the NYC vibes so people probably will go for that kind of
thing. and i wasnt trying to insinuate that people are bored with
it, just that those sounds only play on one level while detroit
cuts go deeper, more intense, and more dynamic, often all at the
same time. their tracks stand out as opposed to mixing in so
smoothly that you cant tell the difference between records.
