It was not my intention to advocate purchasing the offending record as a means of clearing it from store shelves. It has however been done. That the record in question was purchased in bulk, by a single shopper at one NY store, is a fact. For whatever reason the record seems not to have been restocked - this is a good thing IMHO. Am I allowed to be pleased by Jaguar's absence from my line of sight while shopping? I think so. Am I happy that the record is not on the shelves where naive youngsters might get their hands on it?:) Yup. Just be grateful I've not mentioned who is rumored to have done the purchasing. I refuse to pass along ridiculous speculation. The injustice of the UR v sony/bmg drama pisses me off as much as anyone, if not more.
