Oh PLEASE. I'd hardly call UR a "macho boys club" relative to, say, techstep. The UR guys are all about collaboration and community, not competition and one-upsmanship. If you think UR is a boys club you either don't understand what darnistle was getting at, or you REALLY don't understand UR.
