Hello sir,

I can understand your bitter experience. But the fact is that what may be 
the permanent solution. I have also such experience at Old Delhi station. I 
was advised by booking clerk to replace the word 'clinic' by 'hospital' 
which was definitely beyond my capacity. Thereafter I avoid in going to Old 
Delhi even for full ticket. On the other hand, I was well supported by 
REservation Supervisor at New Delhi station.

Please apprise your valuable suggestions to tackle this problem.
