I think, Mahendra, they can ask blind people to use or conduct surveys in 
various  cities and remove the ATMs which are found to be not accessible.
Such feedback can be given to banks and RBI for them to do something, if they 
will.

Perception talking atm india has created is that thousands of ATMs are talking 
in India, and I bait the number is in hundreds and not in thousands.

So, what is gained by such false notions?
Deceptive compliance and needless agony to an ordinary blind user.


When we know that most of the claims are not true, no amount of voluntary 
services and disclaimer can absolve us of being accomplices in false propoganda.

Actually, I will ask RBI to ask banks to put list of their talking ATMs on 
their website in searchable format.
I know it is easier said than done, and even then unified interface of 
talkingatmindia for finding all talking ATMs at one place is praiseworthy.
But I am only railing against deceptive information harming rather than helping.
It should be filtered out.
