Hi, legally a blind cannot be denied of any banking services. For CDM, any way ATM card is not required for depositing cash. And as far as transfer of money is concerned, SBI's internet banking is pretty accessible. Ask your friend to take internet banking, they should not decline that request. Even their mobile application "SBI freedom" is pretty accessible. Through mobile banking your friend can transfer money easily.
