I have Been travelling with Indigo for several years now. They have been outstanding in their support. They make a conscious effort to make it convenient for us disabled persons to travel. I am really surprised to read about the experience of the para athlete.

Checking in with wheel chair really takes some time as one of the counter staff helps the passenger in security check. Jumping the queue at delhi airport is also not possible everytime as other passengers with same conditions might be travelling. If you report late and the airline gives you alternate flight without any charge then one should not complain. Many of our learned members are frequent travellers and I heard that they inform the indigo in advance of their journey. This helps in early security check.
