Dear Madam, Where there is no problem of language of papers and where the candidate is unable to furnish the names of multiple scribes, he may be allowed to change a scribe in case of medical excegency and that should not be opposed by the examining authorities. It is natural that a scribe may fall ill during the long stretch of examinations. During my graduation the same case was strongly opposed by the examining authorities.
