Most of the airlines provide escort facilities even if we have not informed
them beforehand.
I have used these services. However, I am not sure of Air India.
Another disgusting thing is that during exiting the plane, the human
assistance arrives very late. Most of the passengers pass by and we have to
wait for the escort to come. Hostesses keep on assuring that soon the help
is coming but it gets late.

Subject: [AI] Query regarding human assistance with AirAsia at the Bangalore
Airport

Dear all,
What if I reach at the check in counter of Air asia at Blr Airport directly,
will they provide escort to help in boarding? how has been your experience
in the past? do share or should I inform them in advance?
I'll wait for your quick response.
