Dear George Sir,
I was moved to the new HDFC Bank website in end-March & am able to
access all options with JAWS without any major problems.
I am giving below the steps for accessing the Change PIN option for
credit cards using JAWS. I think that the process would be similar with
NVDA.
1. On the main page after logging in, press H for moving heading by
heading. The first heading is "OFFERS". Move up with the arrow key to
Credit Card & press space bar to open the credit card page. When moving
up from "OFFERS", you will go through "Loans", "Mutual Funds" & "Demat"
before reaching "Credit Cards".
2. On the Credit Card page, press JAWS key +F7 to bring up the links
list. Select the Change PIN link & press Enter to open it. The steps to
change PIN on this page are same as those in the old process.

I got scared after reading your email as I have salary account in HDFC. I just
logged in and discover that it is working like usual using JAWS and google
Chrome.
Somehow I am not able to find the new website.

Hi sir with nvda first use g key to find card grafic option hit enter
on it then use down arrow key to find debid card option if you press
down arrow key there all links will be available including request
link note if you want to change credit card pin then you have to find

Any ideas? I use NVDA. People at HDFC cannot help since they simply do
