I have been using Amazon for 8 years now, and haven't faced even a single issue related to return/refund/replacement till now. Since both amazon and flipkart are platforms listing items from a large number of sellers, therefore sometimes problems can arise. However, I haven't faced any problem from customer care till date. Also, if you really feel that the platform isn't responding or resolving your complaint in a proper way, I suggest going ahead and lodging a formal complaint with national consumer helpline. It worked for me when flipkart wasn't resolving my complaint related to a refrigerator of its brand Marq. Thanks, Avichal
