I have faced the issues with amazon and flipkart both, but amazon resolved
my issue and flipkart did not. Once I ordered walky talky set from amazon
and i received a furbelow! (a piece of shiny decorative polythene). Upon my
complaint, amazon sent me the correct item and picked up the wrong one.
oOn the other hand, I ordered a bluetooth neckband from flipkart of OPPO
brand worth Rs. 2500, but I received the neckband of the same brand but
very basic one having MRP 799. I registered my complaint with flipkart
customer care, but they didn't listen me and resolved that the product has
been correctly delivered to you. Both are fine, but i would prefer amazon
any given day. I make sure that on amazon i am only buying the items those
are amazon fulfilled or at least delivered by amazon and not directly
shipped, sold or fulfilled by sellers.
