hi all, just like we have 10 fingers in our hands. Just like that, i got to read so much different experiences. Which is so much heartwarming. Truely, I understand that these types of problems arrizes with anyone. My problem is that. When they make a mistake and does not give the proper solution, then it gets very frustrating. You all must have red my experience with amazon recently. In my email. For those who dint got a chance to read that email. I am explaining it very shortly. I ordered a nekband from amazon. And, the order was on COD. So, insted of those neckbands, I got something entirely different. I complained to them. But, they refused to believe me. as for complaint I have raized a complaint in the national consoomer helpline. Thanks, Udit
