Hello friends, one more thing we can do while giving ratings to them. We can lower their rating and in comments we can write that he was continuously talking on phone which is harmful for our safety. But then he ended up calling the driver during the ride itself. The driver became a little scared on getting a call from Uber and stated that he would ensure that I am dropped safely. Not sure if he talk about the phone aspect because immediately after disconnecting the call, the driver  took another phone call. Then again, I called the helpline, though another person picked up, he could relate to my case, and said that they will file a complaint with the driver. Probably the Driver might have got a sense of what was happening and became extremely quiet after that, and drop me properly by identifying the proper location. While I really do not know if Uber will do anything with the Driver, but I think he must have really got the message, and as you all know, drivers  keep chatting around with each other, so the message will spread.
