Hi all, thank you for all your inputs. So in summary, we all need to be proactive and raise issues with Uber. I understand, they have been slow in acting, but I am sure they are taking cognizance of the issues because if you see the distracted by phone option earlier was not there and hence there are also trying to make small changes. If many of us report, they will certainly have to improve.

While I really do not know if Uber will do anything with the Driver, but I think he must have really got the message, and as you all know, drivers keep chatting around with each other, so the message will spread.
