To people wondering if complaints and giving bad ratings to driver actually works or not as far as uber is concerned, it actually does by quite a lot, dependent on a few factors of course. The past record and ratings that the driver has received from other riders, the rider's ratings from previous driver (yes drivers can also rate you) and so on. I'd like to second everything that Mangal has stated in their message as well as it relates to how such can effect the driver's behavior. That said, Mostly in mumbai I have encountered decent drivers that do tend to help you out getting to places as long as you are polite and they are aware of your disability (I need to carry a board even though I am totally blind because it doesn't look like it đ) But the rest has been a mixed bag with good far surpassing the bad. all This is entirely opposit in Ola, hence my refusal to use that service and my recommendation against it everywhere.
