Dear Shikhar,
I had talked to the doctor in the clinic which is there near Safdarjung airport (in Lodhi colony, I suppose) and the doctor said that the therapy is useful if there is still vision left. I think it must be the same clinic you are referring to. The treatment cost is around Rs 25,000. I am not sure about the results since I haven't used it myself. Acu puncture is done by both machines and manually by puncturing certain points with very fine needles and also by constantly pressing certain points. That is all I know.
Regards,
Sandeep
