XRCVC had done a test of the ATM machines in Mumbai. While the configuration of the machines need a little modification or addition, the cards need nothing on them... This sounds strange. Pl share the details on the group. Also, let me know which are the ATMs (locations) in Chennai that have talking facility. I am on my way to Chennai this weekend and would like to try.
