Yes, you are right. U.S. in general and Texas in particular having some ATM machines that I aware that has both earphone jacks and outlet speakers as well. Certainly, we don't like to have our private information i.e., bank balance for public vicinity. However, it is extremely hard for me to imagine an emergency situation where I am unable to withdraw money because of not having headphone/ earphone. Thank You.
