does he do it with out any questions or problems?
As I feel that We may not be able to issue checques every time by coming
to
the bank and get one cheque signed at a time.

Is there any circular which says that once we get a check Book we can get
it
attested or signed by the manager so that our cheques are not dishonored?
I mean any RBI Circular? if yes do please attach it for me.

Solution is to have thumb impression attested by bank official on all
cheques at the time of issuance of chequebook itself so that the cheque
is
honored later as the thumb impression is already attested.
The idea was given by CCPD way back in 2005 judgment, but seems to have
fallen by the wayside. Biometrics was to have been adopted long ago, but
is in the pipeline...

I have tried and it was rejected. have tried at least 3 times. with SBI.
so I can only use it for self.
What about third party? I was not able to issue though have a check book.
