ok. ok. ok. I know what u should do now. do u know about this modified winpe progect that adds nvda into it and u get it talking when u boot from it? if u have the iso u can burn it to external hard drive or dvd and boot from it once it boots u can get desktop then go to computer and format the disk u want who knows its a virus that's not letting you format the drive?
