Technology is not the only factor here. Yes, we need to explore possibilities with the technologies the EC uses but alongside there is a great need to sensitise and train the officers posted at the polling booths. As far as the technology is concerned, I believe the EC has to be involved with the process of creating access. All this would require initial dialogue with the Commission.
