George, Ideally, you should have solutions working across multiple modalities. What does a deafblind person do? You need tactile which you already have and if necessary audio but I don't see how audio will work since as far as I know, electronic voting machines are standard products. They are not easy to customize since the makers have to be very very careful before changing anything.
