Hi, I would love to join in this effort. Ofcourse it requires a lot of research, and more importantly discussion with authorities. More often than not it is not an issue of technology but an issue of communication or co-ordination. I have previously met with Chief Election Officer, Maharashtra EC though it was regarding a different topic (NRI Voting Rights) and would love to join this effort too.
