Hi all Due to grace of God I have a decent financial condition and so I move in pune by rickshaw. The rickshaw drivers are very insensitive towards visually challenged like us . They don't answer me properly & also deny to come if I ask them to come. I am really agitated by all this and wish to take some action against them. Please suggest that what can be done in this matter
