Dear Kanchan Ma'am, It would be very good that if you would take up this issue forward. even in dehli they violated our rights like right to use own writer. according to CBSE notification, the candidate should contact with his or her respectivecentres. when, I called them, they told me on phone that you can bring your writer. but at the examination centre, they refused that they have given any instruction on phone. thus, there is urgent need to take up this issue forward. thanks
