I take back what i wrote about it not helping in IOAPIC mode --
it works just as well in IOAPIC mode as in PIC mode.

However, in both cases, "irqpoll" is working because
acpi_irq() is being polled from the IRQ0 handler.

So this is not a case of the ACPI handler registering
on IRQ9 while the ACPI hardware provokes an interrupt
on a different IRQ.

Further, in both PIC and IOAPIC mode, there is always
exactly one REAL interrupt on IRQ9 shown in /proc/interrupts.

So this looks less like IRQ mis-routing than it looks
like IRQ9 getting stuck masked after its first invocation.

Curious, of course, that this seems specific to the i5150 --
unclear at this point what is unique about this platform.
