The frequency values reported by ACPI PSS objects are incorrect in some cases. AMD Family 10h Processor BKDG says about CoreFreq (i.e. the frequency as reported in the ACPI table) "All CoreFreq values must be rounded to the nearest 100 MHz frequency resulting in a maximum of 50 MHz frequency difference between the reported CoreFreq and calculated CPU COF."
