It's a wondrous thing, Cappuccino. They have ported Cocoa to Javascript and 
created an extension to Javascript called Objective-J that gives you 
Objective-C syntax.

I have no idea what Wakanda will actually be, I have not been to the last two 
Summits and there is no information available publicly.

Cappuccino is not end to end. It is only the front end. You can use whatever 
back end you wish. It does abstract away the browser. You never deal directly 
with HTML or CSS.

The other amazing thing about Cappuccino is that you can create your interfaces 
using Interface Builder.
