Aha! Thanks for the tip; I didn't see that on their prices page. I'll drop
them a line.

Right, I think he left a while ago. In any case, since everything can be
done with 4D via software (ie, they don't have to plug in any dongles or
anything for setup and configuration), I wouldn't think there's anything
special they have to do on site in supporting 4D. (Or is there?)

I was going to get the external hard drive option for backups, as well as
following their tip for setting up a boot partition so that if the computer
fails, they could just plug in the external drive into a backup computer
while the original is getting repaired so there would be minimal down time
and very little the on-site people would have to do.
