Hi Danielle Stella posted a notice at 4:42 today about the process for nominations etc for the board, and she sent out the original post about the AGM on the 27th at 5:38 pm, if that helps you to find it : ) (I don't want to keep filling up the list myself today!)
We'll post an update, with any final details, finalised agenda etc in a day or two when we've got it all together but basically: It will be this sunday, October 11, from 4:30pm to 6pm It will take place in four venues across the country, each anchored by a current board member, and inked by ichat for 4-way video conferencing: Auckland (Starkwhite, Karangahape Road) - Stella Wellington (The Southern Cross Hotel) - Douglas Christchurch (The Physics Room) - Zita and Dunedin (Otago Polytechnic School of Art) - Su We'll also have an IRC channel with real time accounts of what's going on on ichat for people who can't come to one of those venues. Hopefully this will allow us to connect as many people as possible across the country!
