Hi Zita, ADA.

For future video communications take a look at EVO... evo.caltech.edu

It is built by CalTech for all the physics geeks involved with CERN around
the world. Last time I checked they still allowed academic and educational
use for free. It would pay to read the fine print about using for the likes
of an AGM.

EVO supports tie ins to most proprietary video conference gear and can
support many many participants... When they did the first LHC startup I was
in a meeting with about 700 other people. Watching them "flick the switch"
was pretty cool.

The other people to talk to are the crowd who run the Video conference and
collaboration centre as part of the KAREN network
http://avcc.karen.net.nz/ their
video conference bridge is pretty cool (supports web streaming etc) From
memory they still allow free not for profit use.

Cheers

Patrick Herd
