I agree with Trudy: >might not one other approach be developing / gathering outlines for potential workshops or other programming
and with Zita: >instead of fixating on the word 'bus' can we maybe just think of it as a signifier of mobility It feels like the conversation is getting caught up the "how" we will achieve our goals, rather than "what are our goals?". What do we actually want to achieve? This I feel is way more important than finding out how to deliver it - solutions to achieveing goals can always be found - this is the easy bit. Are we working backwards? And chasing funding? e.g. If the goal is 'reach out to digital artists across geographically disparate locations in NZ', are we already achieveing this with the Ada list? And if we aren't achieving this yet, is it marketing that's required? hmmm....just thinking.... rachel On Wed, Oct 7, 2009 at 8:49 AM, trudy lane <[email protected]> wrote: > > > In addition and just quickly -- might not one other approach be developing > / gathering outlines for potential workshops or other programming that could > be held in these already existing makerspaces and related artist-run spaces > / networks?
