Ron, you might want to check into RIM Park as well at

When the put plywood down on the rinks there can be a combined sq. footage
of over 100K.

Plus, as it's a brand new facility, they're quite hungry for attractions.

Two points though, 1.  hold the techcircus when school is in to draw on the
student population and 2.  possibly coincide with Oktoberfest to draw on the
increased number of visitors to the area.

Plus, it's just up the road from my house ;).
