Seems like a lot of people dont find Encore very "intuitive". I became 
frustrated as I didn't want to spend more time to get a basic understanding of 
the authoring program than I did of the editing program. I can see that one 
could probably do a lot of higher level authoring but at a hobby level for 
home brew I dont need to have a dvd with lots of options. As long as there is 
a straighforward menu with some chapter points I am ok. As the gentlemen who 
said "whats wrong with you guys?" said it takes some time and training to get 
up to speed. I would rather spend that time on editing (thats whats "wrong" 
with us IMHO). I think if I was making dvd's for a living I would have to 
become encore savvy but unfortunately the intuitiveness of most adobe products 
( to me) is not a feature of encore.
