Michael -- You say:
"language is the process by which we present relationships to ourselves
(internally and socially) for examination and understanding."
Many of us certainly do use language to force ourselves to reconsider and
clarify a thought. And there are many who know they're very weak at finding
the
words to convey thoughts they have. Consider the workmen, mechanics, techies,
et al who will say to you, "Look, it's no good my trying to explain how to do
this -- lemme just show you." Those guys are confident about the soundness of
their thinking; they just never bother to verbalize it.
