I did check out the Comsearch website quickly and it looks like they have almost their same training online for free, if you aren't pursuing certification. I could see having additional employees other than your CPI do that, for a familiarization with the process.
Nobody seems to cover what happens if you have to retake the test. I guess with only having to get 75% right, that's unlikely. I remember when I was getting Cisco certifications, you paid each time to take the test, so I studied my ass off so I wouldn't have to pay twice. They weren't online, at least then, you went to an authorized place and sat in a little cubicle.
