Mark,

I  now  am  2 for 5 on enrollment.  Interesting that the two that were
approved today were the two that qualified.

I  also  made sure that my date fields in the CSV were MM/DD/YYYY. The
first  couple  of  times  I had a birth date of 6/5/1995.  Knowing the
government  that  won't  match  06/05/1995, so I made sure I got it in
correctly.
