Did you ask the customer for the application ID they get when they are actually verified?   I’m surprised they don’t ask us for that when we enroll them but I didn’t see where you could enter it.  I’ve only had one give us that so far and after a few attempts at submitting it and not having all the required fields exactly right it finally showed as “SUCCESS” for the status.  Is there some way to actually see the enrolled subscribers though?  I haven’t been able to find that.  I did see something in the stuff about submitting claims that the system takes a snapshot at the end/beginning of the month of all the enrolled subscribers.  Seems like we need to be able to see them somewhere in order to know if we need to update or de-enroll them…

We have one that we were able to fully qualify and enroll last week.

Of the 5 that applied over the weekend 3 say “Application_Not_Found”, one is “Application Pending” and one has multiple fails for “Application_not_complete”, “Invalid_Address”, and “State_Fed_Fail”.

Just starting to dig into what all this means though.
