Not FAX, but just had a conversation with a customer yesterday about an all-in-one printer, copier, fax, scanner. They were attempting to scan a 153 page document to email and it was failing. We manage their mail server for them (their box) so jumped in and : (1) the account they use for the scanner to connect and send email was over quota; (2) the server had probably ten active connections from the scanner in "wait" state because the scanner had a 90 second timer set on sending.
