My previous outfit was plowing that duct into the ground. The ridges make less friction for pulling…..less surface in contact with the cable. I don’t know specifically about blowing it, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work.
It wasn’t in the ground long enough for me to comment on long term strength. We replaced all of our old corrugated (galvanized) culvert(s) with the plastic stuff that's corrugated on the outside and smooth wall on the inside.
