That's what I call smurf tubing. It's PVC, not HDPE. Very light weight. I would not use it outdoors (or for burial).

That orange stuff? I would not think it is outdoor rated, nor would it hold up if buried.

You talking about conduit or culvert?

We replaced all of our old corrugated (galvanized)  culvert(s) with the plastic stuff that's corrugated on the outside and smooth wall on the inside. Way better stuff because it doesn't trap stuff.
