The only stable router for that scale is the 1036 and it will route 10g+ but falls on its face with certain ddos attacks.
x86 like the Baltic vengence is pretty bulletproof and all around works really well. I have my eye on juniper mx204s because I really want to move to ASIC based 'big iron' someday...
