So you do for some, just not within earshot of others.

Reprimand in private, praise in public, else you will lose employees.
Are you an employer? Do you publically shame employees? If you do they will never learn.


Fair enough, addressing the concern in private is not necessarily calling out. Saying I need to see you in my office now after someone crossed a line is pretty close though.

I am not a private employer but made sure others that reported to me know when someone crosses a line.
