I don't know, I don't have any CMMs. We had a micro a long time ago and it blew up two days after install so we never used another one. I just remembered that timing port to timing port had to be roll-over, x-over, whatever you want to call it. You can probably poke around in the GUI and figure it out.

IIRC, it needs to be a roll-over cable. Pin 1 to 6 and 2 to 3. 2 & 3 if you care about the GPS data, otherwise just 1 to 6 and 6 to 1.
