Customers willing to pay more for a big speedtest.net number but who don't use it are your best kind of customers!
We sell up to 15 megs right now. I don't think I've ever seen someone with 15megs pegged out continually. We do see customers who max out a 5meg connection, probably streaming video on multiple devices. I say sell them what they thing they want/need or someone else will come in and do it. Just make sure when they do start to use it, you have a plan for how you will upgrade the network to maintain same level of service.
